Moving to Salina has been life-changing for Todd. After growing up in Northglenn, Colorado, Todd moved to Salina in 1990. It was at that time he met his wife Pam, and started getting involved in the community. “I wanted to meet as many people as possible when I moved here. It seemed like such a friendly place that you just couldn't help but want to get involved”.
In 1995 Todd found himself working in real estate for a national real estate franchise. After nine years of success, Todd decided there was a better way – not just a better way to buy and sell homes, but a better way to treat the client. “I didn't want just a transaction. I wanted to develop deep relationships with my clients”. In 2005, Welsh created his own real estate company, SalinaHomes.com Real Estate Consultants, where agents are trained as consultants, not salespeople. Todd and Pam have two children, McKenzie, 10 and Rase, 6. Todd's community involvement includes being former President of the Central Kansas Girls Scouts, committee member of Salina Downtown, Inc., volunteer for the local March of Dimes and former President of the USBL basketball team the Kansas Cagerz. Lisa has called Salina home for most of her entire life. A brief military stint took her to Alaska for a few years where she met her husband, Sean, a Floridian. After living in Florida for a couple of years, Lisa and Sean realized that they wanted to raise their family in a happy, safe, close-knit community. "I immediately knew Salina was where we wanted to be. I grew up here, went to school here, and knew what Salina had to offer and I wanted my husband and children to experience it as well".
Lisa and Sean have four children; Kellie, Patricia, Sean Jr. and Andrew, all of who keep the Leary's on the go - from orchestra concerts, to soccer games, to school and church events. Linda graduated from Salina Central High School and is married to Dean who is the Director of Planning and Community Development for The City of Salina. They have one son, Jonathan, who attends Grace E. Stewart School, is active in sports and keeps them very busy. She also has a grown daughter, Erica, who is married and has a daughter, Isabell. Linda is active in her church, at her son's school and with the local Noon Network Chapter of AMBUCS.

Kimberley and her family made the big move to Salina in 1995 and haven't looked back since. “I came from Oklahoma City and didn't have a real personal feeling there like I do here. Kimberley's family consists of 2 daughters, Haley and Kinsey, and 1 son, Jett. She is married to Brent who is a Lieutenant at the Salina Fire Department. Steve is a full-time agent with over sixteen years’ experience in residential and commercial real estate. Steve graduated from Marymount College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and was a substance abuse and behavioral counselor and program director for over ten years.
Originally, Steve is from Clay Center, Kansas and moved to Salina thirty years ago. He has three grown children and the fourth one is currently attending college.
After traveling extensively for the past 35 years in the U.S., Central and South America on commercial construction and historic preservation projects as a project manager / owner’s representative Rick and his wife of 33 years, Jan, thought it was time to slow down. In 2001 they moved back to Salina where they had been married and their children, Jenifer and Mike were born.
In 1998 Rick received the Idaho Governors “Take Pride in Idaho” Outstanding Historic Preservation Award and the Idaho Historic Preservation Council “Orchid Award” for Restoration of a Historic Building. Rick also led the effort to create a historic district and get the building listed on the National Register of Historic Buildings. Shortly after returning to Salina, Rick managed the electrical renovation of the “Old Fox Theater” project, now the Stiefel Theater.
Wanting to stay in a less physical form of Real Estate, Rick received his Real Estate license in January 2005. His background in construction has been a big help to Rick and his clients when dealing with issues involving contractors, inspectors, the city with its many departments, and lenders with their many options of financing.

Terri is a native Kansan and has called Salina her home since 1986. After working in customer service for over 10 years she decided she wanted to take that a step further by helping people achieve their dreams of home ownership. After obtaining her real estate salesperson license in 1990 she quickly decided this would be her life career.
Terri took her career to the next level in 1995 when she received her Real Estate Brokers license and shortly after that, the Accredited Buyers Representative designation.
She is an active member of the Salina Board of Realtors, the Kansas Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. Terri also is involved in property management, as the site Manager for the Willow Grove Apartments in Salina and as a property manager for absentee owners of several rental homes in town.

Kansas has always been 'home' to Vicki.
After high school graduation from a small central Kansas town, Salina became her choice to continue education and to begin a career and family.
Vicki and her husband, Ed, made a move to Phoenix, AZ, for six years; but the desire to return to Kansas and 'home' was too great to ignore. Vicki began her real estate career in Arizona, and the experiences of learning the business in the large market area were invaluable lessons.
After returning to the Salina area, Vicki has worked the past ten years in the business office role of the real estate industry. "But I miss the personal contact with the consumers, and would once again like the opportunity to be a consultant with you for your real estate needs."

After growing up in Salina, Jessie wanted to see what other states had to offer. She and husband Kevin lived in Missouri , Illinois , Arizona , and Alaska . After years of travel they decided "there's no place like home" and moved back to Salina in 1998.
Jessie has been married for 18 years. She and husband Kevin have three children, Kevin II age 16, Bryce age 14, and Mariah age 12.
Jessie has worked with youth for 16 years in many different capacities. She enjoyed being a stay-at-home mom when her children were small and as they got older she became more involved with youth.
She and Kevin founded Fresh Start Youth Home, a home for troubled teen boys. She has been the Director of Operations for 6 years and has opened her home to hundreds of youth.

My wife Beverly and I have been in Salina for five years and really feel that this is a great place to live. Our true mission is helping to care for our beloved grandson Nathan who is autistic. We are both retired music teachers, although we are still very active in music. Bev is a private teacher of piano and voice and I am founder/director of the “Prairie Winds Brass Ensemble” which is a group of all ages, which plays for church services in the Phillips and Norton County areas throughout the summer. It could be said that this is my hobby.
