Todd WelshReal Estate Consultant/BrokerMoving to Salina has been life-changing for Todd. After growing up in Northglenn, Colorado, Todd moved to Salina in 1990. It was at that time he met his wife Pam, and started getting involved in the community. “I wanted to meet as many people as possible when I moved here. It seemed like such a friendly place that you just couldn't help but want to get involved”. In 1995 Todd found himself working in real estate for a national real estate franchise. After nine years of success, Todd decided there was a better way – not just a better way to buy and sell homes, but a better way to treat the client. “I didn't want just a transaction. I wanted to develop deep relationships with my clients”. In 2005, Welsh created his own real estate company, SalinaHomes.com Real Estate Consultants, where agents are trained as consultants, not salespeople. The SalinaHomes.com philosophy is “Families helping families”. Todd and Pam have two children, McKenzie, 10 and Rase, 6. Todd's community involvement includes being former President of the Central Kansas Girls Scouts, committee member of Salina Downtown, Inc., volunteer for the local March of Dimes and former President of the USBL basketball team the Kansas Cagerz. "If you are locating to Salina , I would love the opportunity to show you this great town and all it has to offer". |

Client Care Coordinator Lisa has called Salina home for most of her entire life. A brief military stint took her to Alaska for a few years where she met her husband, Sean, a Floridian. After living in Florida for a couple of years, Lisa and Sean realized that they wanted to raise their family in a happy, safe, close-knit community. "I immediately knew Salina was where we wanted to be. I grew up here, went to school here, and knew what Salina had to offer and I wanted my husband and children to experience it as well". Lisa and Sean have four children; Kellie, Patricia, Sean Jr. and Andrew, all of who keep the Leary's on the go - from orchestra concerts, to soccer games, to school and church events. "One of the biggest attractions in coming back to Salina was the friendliness I've experienced. It seems we can't go to the store or a sporting event or just about anywhere without knowing someone or receiving a friendly greeting". Lisa has been in the administrative support profession for over 6 years now. "I can't begin to tell you how refreshing it is to work with a real estate consultant like Todd, who is so committed to his clients. That attitude isn't easily found today". Lisa truly looks forward to welcoming and assisting anyone who may be considering making Salina "home" the way she has. |

Real Estate Consultant Kimberley and her family made the big move to Salina in 1995 and haven't looked back since. “I came from Oklahoma City and didn't have a real personal feeling there like I do here. I can run to the store or go to a school function and see five or more people that just stop and chat. That doesn't happen in the bigger cities”. Kimberley's family consists of 2 daughters, Haley and Kinsey, and 1 son, Jett. She is married to Brent who is a Lieutenant at the Salina Fire Department. They have settled in nicely to this family-style community and this gives Kimberley an edge when it comes to helping buyers and sellers in the community “I have been both a buyer and a seller and understand what the public wants. I have a core belief that most people want to be listened to and given their options so they are in control of the transaction. Not just a salesperson to tell them what to do”. Kimberley is active in her daughter's schools. “I pride myself on going the extra mile with my clients. I would like them to consider me more of a friend than just their consultant when all of the business is said and done”. |

After traveling extensively for the past 35 years in the U.S., Central and South America on commercial construction and historic preservation projects as a project manager / owner’s representative Rick and his wife of 33 years, Jan, thought it was time to slow down. In 2001 they moved back to Salina where they had been married and their children, Jenifer and Mike were born. In 1998 Rick received the Idaho Governors “Take Pride in Idaho” Outstanding Historic Preservation Award and the Idaho Historic Preservation Council “Orchid Award” for Restoration of a Historic Building. Rick also led the effort to create a historic district and get the building listed on the National Register of Historic Buildings. Shortly after returning to Salina, Rick managed the electrical renovation of the “Old Fox Theater” project, now the Stiefel Theater. Wanting to stay in a less physical form of Real Estate, Rick received his Real Estate license in January 2005. His background in construction has been a big help to Rick and his clients when dealing with issues involving contractors, inspectors, the city with its many departments, and lenders with their many options of financing. You need someone who will help you with the entire process of buying a home to make the experience enjoyable not like a visit to a “used car dealer”. I want to give you all the information required so you feel like YOU made the right decision after you have lived in your new home for a few years. |

My family and I moved to Salina in 1995, but I am a Midwest native, with a strong Midwestern work ethic. I have spent the last ten years being an at-home-mom. A few years ago, my husband and I got involved in investment properties. We were clients of Salinahomes.com, both buying and selling properties with them since the company's inception. When I decided to get my Realtors license, I knew that Salinahomes.com was the company I wanted to work with. Through my past work experience, which includes working for a title company, and my experience buying and selling homes (both personally and in the investment field), I understand the process and know how stressful it can be. I will strive to make your experience, whether you are buying or selling a home, as pleasant and stress-free as possible. My family includes my husband of almost 20 years, Joe, who works for Great Plains, Mfg. here in Salina. Our children are; Jake, who is a student at Salina Central, and Ben, who is at Meadowlark. With their various activities, the boys keep us busy. I am an active in my church, and serve on the Youth Board there. Being a wife and mother, coordinating everyone's schedules, and past work experience, has given me a dedication to details that will help in assisting buyers and sellers in a smooth transaction. For me, going above and beyond is normal. |

Kansas has always been 'home' to Vicki. After high school graduation from a small central Kansas town, Salina became her choice to continue education and to begin a career and family. Vicki and her husband, Ed, made a move to Phoenix, AZ, for six years; but the desire to return to Kansas and 'home' was too great to ignore. Vicki began her real estate career in Arizona, and the experiences of learning the business in the large market area were invaluable lessons. After returning to the Salina area, Vicki has worked the past ten years in the business office role of the real estate industry. "But I miss the personal contact with the consumers, and would once again like the opportunity to be a consultant with you for your real estate needs." Vicki and Ed are cultivating their fascination with antiques by restoring a nearly 100 year old, one-room schoolhouse just south of the City of Minneapolis, into their home and filling it with great 'treasures'. "Of course, our greatest treasures are our children, grandchildren and friends. We enjoy having our Church family and friends together at our home for a turkey fry/hay rack ride or a July 4th picnic. And I would love to help you find the perfect place to create your memories." ^ top< back |

It is my personal goal to make “LIFE LONG CLIENTS”, not just another sale. I LOVE REFERRALS! I am a native of Salina, Kansas and a Salina South High School graduate. I have a wonderful husband named Brian and together we share 3 amazing children. Truly believing we live in an outstanding area gives me many reasons to brag about the benefits of life here in the great Mid-West. Because Real Estate is continually evolving and changing, I attribute my success in Real Estate to attending continuing education classes and searching for and learning new and better ways to serve the families that place their trust in me. I believe in honesty and integrity and strive to maintain this throughout the entire buying and selling process. My philosophy: To provide personal attention, to make time to listen and honestly look for ways to make a difference. A satisfied client is my ultimate reward! I make it a personal goal of mine to put my clients needs first and to treat each client like they are my only client. I would be happy to assist you, your family or your friends in any way possible. “Selling and Listing with a Smile”! |

My wife Beverly and I have been in Salina for five years and really feel that this is a great place to live. Our true mission is helping to care for our beloved grandson Nathan who is autistic. We are both retired music teachers, although we are still very active in music. Bev is a private teacher of piano and voice and I am founder/director of the “Prairie Winds Brass Ensemble” which is a group of all ages, which plays for church services in the Phillips and Norton County areas throughout the summer. It could be said that this is my hobby. Although I am new to the real estate business, I have had many life experiences, which give me a seasoned perspective of what it takes to be happy. I know that true happiness comes primarily from helping others. It is my desire to become more than just a “yard sign” in this business. I have been working very hard to get up to speed to the point that I can truly be a great benefit to anyone who is selling or buying a home or other property. I am finding myself developing the desire to help anyone who is no longer able to handle the tasks associated with home ownership make the transition to an assisted living or retirement community. I fully realize what a huge and difficult process this is for most people. I have had experience helping to make this transition. I consider myself one of the most blessed people in the world. I enjoy a great family, consisting of three grown sons and their wives, three granddaughters, two grandsons and one great grandson. My wife of forty-eight years has been the greatest blessing to me. We have both had wonderful experiences in the music-teaching field. I am a graduate of Fort Hays and the University of Colorado. Bev is also a graduate of Fort Hays with both a bachelor's and master's degree. We have also been involved in farming in Phillips County for the past thirty-five years. It is my good fortune to be affiliated with SalinaHomes.com. This company is truly committed to giving each client the very best service possible. I would consider it an honor and a privilege to serve you in any way I can. |
